Welp, our pre-Halloween weekend plans hit a little snag, as I’m sure lots of yours did too. A number of events were canceled in advance because of the storm in the forecast, even though the weather actually managed to hold out for a good chunk of the day on Saturday! That’s ok, it just gives us something extra to look forward to in a couple of weeks.

Several events have been rescheduled, including the Cedar Park Fall Roundup, which is now set for November 8.

We did make it over to the Kids R Kids Liberty Hill Fall Festival, and it was loads of fun with a great turnout, happy kids, and all the festive fall energy we’d been hoping for. Highly recommend for next year if you missed it!

As long as the weather behaves this Friday, I’ll be happy! If I remember right, all but one of the Halloweens since we moved here in 2020 have had pretty great weather, so here’s hoping this one turns out to be another perfect night for trick-or-treating. The countdown is officially on in our household! 🎃
