🌟 Leander & Cedar Park Shine Nationally

🏠 Leander came in at No. 8 and Cedar Park at No. 23 on U.S. News & World Report’s 2025–26 “Best Places to Live” list. That’s out of the whole country. Not bad.
They looked at things like value, jobs, quality of life, and overall appeal. Basically: is it a good place to build a life? The answer’s a loud yes.
Austin dropped to No. 164, but its suburbs are stealing the spotlight. Leander’s one of the fastest-growing cities in the U.S., and Cedar Park’s right behind. You’ve got space to breathe, great schools, and a real sense of community.
Definitely agree- it’s an amazing place to call home! Read more here.
🥬 Sprouts Coming to Leander's Northline Development

Northline rendering from https://northlineleander.com/
Sprouts Farmers Market is planning a 25,000-square-foot store in Leander's 116-acre Northline project, per a state filing. Construction is slated to begin in 02/26, with completion expected by 03/27. The store will anchor the 17-acre retail portion developed by Endeavor Real Estate Group near U.S. 183 and San Gabriel Parkway.
Sprouts is expanding its footprint across Central Texas, aiming for 12 locations in the Austin metro. Northline will eventually feature offices, residences, and park space, helping transform Leander’s rapidly growing downtown district. Read more here.

Here’s how you can help:

📞 Office help – Answer phones, manage schedules, assist with fundraising
🛠️ Ranch upkeep – Mow, fix, build, and help with outdoor projects
🐴 Horse care – Feed, bathe, clean stalls, and support the daily routine
