We spent last weekend at Kalahari in Round Rock, and even though it’s technically outside the three cities we cover, it’s just too fun not to mention.

We go a few times a year, and it’s always one of our favorite getaways. There’s something for everyone: slides, lazy rivers, wave pools, whirlpools, an outdoor waterpark, and even adults-only areas if you're going without kids (or want to take turns!). Our crew loves the restaurants and what might be the best arcade around.

Meet Tinkerbell, a 5-month-old domestic shorthair kitten weighing just 5 pounds. This gentle girl is still adjusting to her new surroundings, but her calm and curious nature is already shining through.

Tinkerbell is friendly with other cats and would thrive in a loving home where she can feel safe and blossom into the sweet companion she is meant to be. She is available through Central Texas SPCA with an adoption fee of $95.
