Spring Break is here! 🌸 Whether you’re road-tripping, hitting up local parks, or just soaking in some much-needed downtime, we hope you’re making the most of it. It’s the perfect time for park days, ice cream runs, and a little extra fun before routines kick back in.
We had a blast this weekend at The Crossover’s St. Paddy’s Day event. Huge crowd, perfect weather, and non-stop fun. This community never disappoints!

🎢 COTALand Amusement Park Coming to COTA
Circuit of the Americas is dropping $105M on COTALand, a 20-acre amusement park with 30+ rides. Headliners include Palindrome, a 95-foot coaster, and Circuit Breaker, the first tilt coaster in the U.S. It’s set to open just in time for the Formula 1 U.S. Grand Prix on Oct. 19.
Austin just keeps leveling up. I’m sure lots of families (including ours!) will gladly make the trip south to check this out.

🐔 Chick-fil-A is coming to the Leander/Georgetown border at Bar W Marketplace
Chick-fil-A just announced they’re coming to the Bar W Marketplace, right where Leander, Liberty Hill, and Georgetown meet.
Families in this area (ours included!) are pumped. The only concern? Traffic is already a problem, especially with the new McDonald's nearby. If they don’t manage those drive-thru lines well, the 29 could turn into a nightmare.

Hao Hao Chinese & Vietnamese Cuisine - Leander / Georgetown border
One of the last restaurants to open in the Bar W center in north Leander. We’ve heard great things about the one in Round Rock, so excited to check this one out!
McDonalds - Leander / Georgetown border
Yeah, not super exciting. We’re actually even a little worried about traffic at the turn lane on 29. The good news? Now you can get ice cream at the Bar W Marketplace which is a plus for our family (you know, when it’s working…)!
PS. Both of the restaurants above are in the same shopping center (Bar W), but in different cities. Who decided this??? But I digress.
