We’re a few days into the new school year now, and hopefully everyone is finding their rhythm again. For those with kids, here’s to smooth mornings, happy pick-ups, and a year full of learning and growth.

And yes… the extra school traffic is back. Morning and afternoon drives take a little longer, and the lines definitely feel slower. Hopefully it’ll ease up a bit once we’re all fully in the swing of things for the school year.

The Gist: Leander ISD received a B rating (88/100) for 2024–25, a bump from last year’s 86. Out of 47 campuses, 22 earned an A, 12 a B, 12 a C, and just one a D. Liberty Hill ISD held steady with a B for the third year, with nearly every campus scoring a B. Top performers were Bar W Elementary (93) and Rancho Sienna Elementary (90).
