Why Locals Love It
Summer Moon’s claim to fame is its oak-roasted coffee, slow-roasted over an open flame for a flavor that’s bold without bitterness. Try it in the fan-favorite Iced Benjamin, or go classic with a velvety latte.
Their signature sweet cream, known as Moon Milk, takes any drink to the next level. The shop also serves locally sourced pastries, tacos, and sandwiches, plus vegan options and plenty of grab-and-go picks.
A Texas-Grown Coffee Legacy
Founded in Austin and still roasting in the Texas Hill Country, Summer Moon has grown from a single shop to over 70 locations nationwide. But the Leander café still feels homey and handcrafted.
Owned by Jenna and Randy Findlay, who started their Summer Moon journey back in 2015, this location carries on the brand’s tradition of community, quality, and seriously good coffee.
