🍦 Now open in Leander: Waffles, crepes & creamy scoops await

It turned out to be a perfect Halloween for our crew. The kids did their own costumes for the pre-Halloween fun like trunk-or-treats and community events, but they still wanted to keep our family costume tradition alive for the big night. We went with a 1950s theme and had an absolute blast.

We were among the first ones out and the last to finish, with the kids on a mission to collect as much candy as humanly possible! What stood out most, though, was the energy of the night, with generous neighbors, friendly faces, and such a strong sense of community. I loved seeing everyone out enjoying it together, from little ones in wagons to big kids being kind and respectful. It’s one of those nights that reminds me just how special this place is. Hope y’all had a great Halloween too!

Ked’s Ice Cream, Waffles & Crepes is the dessert hangout Leander’s been waiting for. The shop held its soft opening on October 22 and is already winning hearts with tempting treats like falooda, crepes, waffles, and creamy scoops in unique flavors such as lavender honey and sitafal.

The space is bright and spotless, the vibe is cozy, the service is warm, and the desserts are beautifully made. It’s the perfect spot to linger, laugh, and treat yourself to one more scoop.

Snapology of Leander turns creativity into pure fun. Kids dive into hands-on projects using LEGO bricks and other tools to explore science, tech, and art in an exciting, stress-free setting.

Whether it’s a themed birthday, after-school class, or camp, the instructors keep every child engaged and smiling. Parents love how organized and easy the experience feels, while kids just think they’re having the best day ever!

Say hello to Carl, a 5-year-old medium mixed breed with a warm brown coat and an even warmer heart. This charming boy loves walks, is potty trained, and thrives with a consistent routine.

Carl prefers the company of calm dogs and would love to meet any furry siblings before heading home. Once he feels comfortable, his bright personality shines. His adoption fee is $150 and he’s located in Leander.
