Their five-course tasting menu draws inspiration from the ancient Tamil landscapes of Tinai, with each course representing a stage of love, from the thrill of a first meeting to the warmth of reunion. The Tasting Journey
Guests can choose vegetarian or non-vegetarian menus, each paired with drinks and desserts designed to heighten the narrative. Kurinji (mountains) captures the excitement of new love with chicken or potato pani puri shooters and a strawberry tequila shikanjvi. Neithal (coastal) evokes longing with Karampodi noodles paired with shrimp or tofu tempura. Mullai (forest) is patience and trust with blackberry and thyme sorbet and cava brut or ginger bubbles. Marutham (farmland) explores conflict through lamb shank or paneer rosette with gold dust gravy, pilau, and dipping parotta. Paalai (desert) celebrates reunion with “Rojakkalil Panneerthuzhi” and cashew rose mousse dessert.
