Leander Public Library Recognized for Excellence

Our Leander Public Library has earned a significant honor, receiving the 2024 Achievement of Excellence in Libraries Award from the Texas Municipal Library Directors Association. This prestigious recognition highlights the library's commitment to providing exceptional service to our community.

Of the 542 public libraries throughout Texas, only 102 received this distinction in 2024, putting Leander Public Library in the top 19% statewide.
