A new space for families

Opening in late 2025 at 3550 N. Lakeline Blvd., Leander, Little Leaps Play Café is designed with both kids and parents in mind. The family-owned business is the dream of Angela and Max Simpson, who wanted to create a place where young children could play and learn while parents recharge and connect. Inspired by their own parenting journey, they’ve built a space where no one feels like they’re doing it all alone.

Play, learn, and sip

The café will feature imaginative play areas for children ages six months to six years, along with storytimes and parent-child classes ranging from music to yoga. Weekly themed activities and events will keep things fresh, while a retail corner highlights goods from local makers. Parents can settle into the café side, enjoying espresso drinks, smoothies, or light bites while their kids play safely nearby. Birthday parties and private gatherings will also be part of the offerings, giving families a new go-to spot for celebrations.

The atmosphere inside

The 2,200-square-foot space is designed to feel warm and welcoming, with thoughtful play zones for kids and a cozy café vibe for adults. It’s part playroom, part coffee shop, and part community hub. The goal is simple: a space where kids can grow, parents can exhale, and friendships can form naturally.
