F3 Coffee & Tea, a new firefighter-owned coffee trailer, is launching this May in Liberty Hill at 14251 State Highway 29. Founded by the Olson and Smith families—both with firefighting backgrounds—the mobile café emphasizes community connection, quality drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere.

A Local Venture Rooted in Service

The name “F3” reflects the business’s firefighter origins, and its mission is closely tied to service and camaraderie. The trailer setup makes it easy for F3 to get up and running quickly while allowing them to stay close to their community roots. The families behind F3 aim to create a space that feels like an extension of the firehouse: friendly, reliable, and community-centered.

Creative Drinks with a Personal Touch

F3 Coffee & Tea isn’t just about caffeine—it’s about creativity too. Signature drinks like The Siren and The All-Nighter highlight their playful and personal approach to beverage crafting. While a full menu hasn’t been shared yet, the focus appears to be on unique espresso-based drinks, teas, and seasonal specials designed to fuel early mornings and long shifts alike.

Plans Beyond the Trailer

While the custom trailer offers flexibility and mobility, F3 Coffee & Tea has its sights set on the future. The owners plan to eventually open a permanent brick-and-mortar location in Liberty Hill. In the meantime, the trailer will serve as a gathering point for locals—whether for a morning coffee run or a mid-day meetup with neighbors.
