After spending much of the past week cooped up at home, we’re guessing a lot of you are ready to get back out and do something fun! February is shaping up to be a busy one, and we’ve got the full lineup ready for you below.

🛒 Costco Liberty Hill opening date confirmed
The Gist: We first shared news of Costco’s Liberty Hill plans back in 2024, and now the opening timeline is official! Costco confirmed its Liberty Hill warehouse at the Seward Junction development off Hwy. 183 will open on March 11, 2026. Hiring for the location is already underway, with job listings posted across multiple departments. You can check out the job openings HERE.
Why It Matters: This finally puts a real date on something a lot of Liberty Hill folks have been waiting on. Having Costco closer means new jobs and fewer long drives for bulk runs. But am I the only one who’s going to need to limit Costco trips to once a month if I don’t want to leave with a $400 receipt and a cart full of things I didn’t plan to buy every week? 😂
