A new favorite for nights out

Opened at the end of November, Wish Kitchen + Bar has quickly found its footing in downtown Liberty Hill. Located at 1004 Main Street, the space is small, lively, and full of energy, the kind of place where conversations carry and the night unfolds easily. It feels fun without being overwhelming, making it a natural pick for date nights, meetups with friends, or casual celebrations close to home.

Comfort food with personality

The menu takes familiar comfort food and gives it a thoughtful twist. The wagyu smash burger is already a standout, along with Korean BBQ wings that bring bold flavor without going over the top. Potato pavé adds something unexpected, and the shrimp wontons, a longtime favorite from the Nutty Brown days, are still earning plenty of love. Everything tastes carefully made, with most dishes prepared from scratch in house.

A family project with local roots

Wish Kitchen + Bar is owned by Central Texas restaurateur Mike Farr and his sons Bradley and Dylan Farr. The family brings experience from Nutty Brown Amphitheatre and Round Rock Amp, and that history shows in the relaxed confidence of the space. The theme leans into small moments and good luck, with playful details inspired by wishes and chance. Add in a full bar with cocktails, beer, and wine, and it all comes together naturally.
