Project overview
A new development called Cedar Tech I and II is bringing significant industrial and flex industrial space to Leander. The project, led by Holt Lundsford Commercial Investments and brokered by Live Oak, is planned to deliver more than 350,000 square feet once construction wraps up in the third quarter of 2026.
Space breakdown
According to the brokerage, Cedar Tech I will include 279,571 square feet of Class AA industrial space. Cedar Tech II will add 105,875 square feet of Class AA flex industrial space. Both buildings are designed to support a range of industrial users as Leander’s commercial sector continues to grow.
Construction timeline
Groundwork for the project began in the third quarter of 2025. Construction is expected to continue for about a year, with tenant occupancy planned for the third quarter of 2026.
