Brushy Creek Splash Pad Reopens with Major Water Play Upgrades in Cedar Park

Texas’ first TITAN Speed Racer and 36 new spray features bring fresh summer fun to the revamped splash pad

The Brushy Creek Splash Pad in Cedar Park officially reopened this week, unveiling a series of upgrades aimed at making summer outings more fun—and more comfortable—for local families. Located at 2310 Brushy Creek Road, the popular water play area now features a variety of improvements across safety, design, and interactivity.

New Features for Kids of All Ages

The splash pad now boasts 36 new spray and water play features spread across three separate zones, designed to appeal to toddlers, older kids, and everyone in between. The biggest draw is the TITAN Speed Racer, a large-scale water play structure that accommodates up to 30 kids at once—making it the first of its kind in Texas.

Comfort and Safety Enhancements

To keep things safer and more comfortable for visitors, the site now includes a recirculated water system, a slip-resistant surface, and integrated weather alert technology. For caregivers and adults, shaded seating areas and a nearby lounge space offer a welcome break from the sun.

A Cool Spot for Community Gatherings

With its refreshed amenities and family-friendly layout, the Brushy Creek Splash Pad is poised to be a go-to destination for neighborhood meetups and summer outings. The upgraded space aims to serve not just as a fun stop, but as a gathering spot for Cedar Park residents throughout the warmer months.
